It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering by PART number and not a generic number stamped on the board. If you need help - reach out to us!
All parts are advertised as used as they are not sold separately from the TV when they are manufactured - all of our parts are backed by a 30-day warranty that protects the customer from being stuck with defective, damaged, or wrong (our error) parts. We ask that you allow us to send one free warranty replacement. If you refuse the replacement part (refusal means you chose to return the part and not replace it) then the order is subjected to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

International customers: The shipping cost on this order is to pay FedEx to bring the part to you. This does NOT include duties/taxes/import fees or any other charges imposed by your country/government.

Saturday Delivery: This service is not available in all areas - you MUST call the office to inquire about Saturday delivery. Ordering Standard overnight on an order that ships on Friday means delivery on Monday. You have to call our office to pay the Saturday Delivery fee to receive an order on Saturday.
