SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping is available. All customs fees and taxes levied by a country when importing an item is the customer's responsibility.
If a package is refused upon delivery by the recipient, or returned by FedEx for any reason that is not the fault of our own but instead the fault of the recipient, the customer will be held responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from their refund.
FedEx does not insurance against porch piracy, nor do we. If a package is stolen off your porch or from your driveway, we will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf and have them investigate the matter. If the claim is denied, we will be unable to issue a refund for the package.
